Creating a Booking – Air

To book for a guest (i.e. contractor or one-off traveller) select Add Guest Traveller.

Note: Up to nine travellers (combination of guests and registered travellers) can be selected in the one
booking flow. Travel Arrangers can book for themselves in the multi traveller booking flow.

Guest traveller bookings can only be viewed/accessed by the travel arranger that created the initial booking.

Domestic and trans-Tasman search

At the search screen you have the option to create One Way/Round Trip/Multi-city bookings. Multi-city
allows you to book up to five destinations. Enter your search criteria then select to continue.

Notes:
• To view a specific airport, select departure point/destination with the airplane icon.
• To view all airports, choose city by selecting building icon. To narrow down the search select only
nonstop flights.
