Adding Credit Card for AOT bookings

An enhancement with cytric allows the booker to now add a credit card at the end of the booking process.

AOT Vouchers

For any confirmed or on request bookings AOT Vouchers will be sent to the traveller only.
Note: Vouchers do not get generated for the Travel Arranger.
