Hints & Tips – AOT Hotels
On request hotels
On request hotels will also be available to be booked via citric.
• AOT will respond via email once the hotel is confirmed.
• A notification will also be generated via email if the hotel is not available.
• Once AOT have sent notification on the status of the hotel segment, to view the updated status you will
be required to re retrieve the booking in cytric.
AOT savings tool
The AOT Savings Tool has now been released which highlights alternative accommodation options of the
same or higher star rating within a 2km radius of the hotel originally selected. Bookers will have the option
to choose one of the alternatives displayed or proceed with the original accommodation selected.
Accepting saving options offered
From the hotel search screen select .
A hotel has been selected from the availability screen.
