Ceiling Rates
Ceiling rates are loaded in cytric and if there is a rate available which is higher than the ceiling rate the red
thumbs down icon will display against that rate.
If a higher rate has been selected the booker is required to select a reason for their selection
A prompt will display advising you are booking out of Policy as the rate is higher than the ceiling rate
You will be required to select a reason from the below list to justify the reason for booking a higher rate.
