Sian Hawkes – Executive Director,

Marketing and Communications

With many years of marketing experience, Sian
Hawkes is also a Director of Mantra Operations
Solutions, a United Kingdom registered Limited
Company.

Sian started off her career as a Sales & Marketing
graduate with Esso Petroleum Company Limited,
part of Exxon Mobil Corporation.

Over the course of eight years at Esso, Sian
performed a variety of roles including: Area
Manager, responsible for running 22 service
stations; Category Manager, responsible for
managing categories of consumer goods and
Promotions Manager, responsible for developing
monthly promotions for the service station
network across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Following a career break to have children, Sian joined the London based agency, KHWS Ltd, as a
Retail Consultant for six years, with a particular responsibility for managing clients from
ExxonMobil’s retail lubricants business. Sian worked on many projects to support the Mobil 1 brand
across Europe, Africa and Middle East. She developed a suite of materials to support product
launches and the Mobil 1 partnership with motorsports teams such as McLaren Honda and Red Bull
Racing. She also developed pan-European digital promotions to drive sales of Mobil 1.

Sian brings her wealth of experience from both client and agency side to the Marketing and
Communications role at MPSL to oversee company branding and develop marketing materials to
support the future growth of MPSL.

Sian has a BSc (Joint Hons) International Management and Modern Languages (German) degree
from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom.
