Charles Bob
General Manager
An experienced security professional, Charles Bob
is one of the original members of the senior MPSL
team.
He has a proven security background having
worked with Afren Energy Services Limited, XL
Management Services Limited and Pahek Security
Services Limited.
Having held several security management
positions of increasing responsibility during his
career, he is recognized for his strong operational
skills and expertise in security designs, security risk
management (Hostile Environment), guard force
management and training.
During his time with Afren, Charles helped develop a wide ranging security program covering
journey management, field protection, risk management, investigation and intelligence services.
As General Manager for MPSL, he has used his experience to help deliver a proven service model
that has allowed our clients to benefit from a cost effective solution that meets their security
challenges – a truly bespoke service.
He is known for his strong customer focus and his ability to ensure that client expectations are
always fulfilled in a timely manner.
He is a graduate of Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Lagos State University,
Lagos, Nigeria.
