Dear future owner:

Black Rock Gardens is a wonderful place to live.

It is quiet and peaceful, yet there is a community atmosphere - everyone's

quiet but friendly and neighborly. There is so much within walking dis-

tance: restaurants , entertainment and the train station are all within a cou-

ple of blocks.

And at the same time, there is a quiet oasis of gardens that my porch and

many of my apartment's windows overlook. St. Mary's by the Sea is a won-

derful place for daily walks along the water.

WholeFoods, Home Depot, The Edge Fitness Club and all kinds of shop-

ping are a 2-3 minute drive. Black Rock Gardens has been a great home

for me and I am going to miss it as I move south to be close to my children

and grandchildren. You will truly enjoy living here.
