Employer paid insurance cover
Nokia will meet the cost of your default level of Death cover. Please refer to the ANZ Smart Choice Product
Disclosure Statement (PDS) for additional fees and costs that will apply.
You can also apply for your own level of cover. Insurance fees are deducted monthly in advance and all members have
the option to increase cover (subject to underwriting), reduce cover or opt-out of cover at any time by contacting
ANZ on 131287.
Note: insurance premium reimbursements made by an employer are regarded as additional
concessional contribution amounts. As such, these amounts count towards your annual $25,000
concessional contribution limit.
Insurance claim
A PSK financial adviser is available to assist you in the event of an insurance claim.
