To turn on room volumes, select the fly-out menu from the Room panel on the Architecture
tab (Figure 9.47) and click Area And Volume Computations.

Doing so opens the Area And Volume Computations dialog box. There are a couple of simple
settings here that will allow you to activate the volume calculations (Figure 9.48). You’ll want
to select the Areas And Volumes radio button on the Computations tab so that the software
will calculate in the vertical dimension as well as the horizontal for your room elements.
