                     17  The LORD has done what He purposed;  Psalm 119:137–144

                                                          137  Righteous are You, O LORD,
                        He has thrown down and has not
                           pitied,                             And upright are Your judgments.
                                                          138  Your testimonies, which You have
                        And He has caused an enemy
                           to rejoice over you;                  commanded,
                        He has exalted the horn of your        Are righteous and very faithful.
                                                          139  My zeal has consumed me,
                           adversaries.
                                                               Because my enemies have forgotten
                     18  Their heart cried out to the Lord,      Your words.
                       “O wall of the daughter of Zion,   140  Your word is very pure;
                        Let tears run down like a river day    Therefore Your servant loves it.
