BOSS TENDER CLARIFICATIONS & PROJECT RISK

Boss Project Group Tender Clarifications

We have made no allowance for the cost of a building permit, or any other authority or statutory
fees.
Unless specified, we have made no allowance for the separation of power or the installation of
new metering.
We have made no allowance for temporary power or water and have assumed that will be
provided free of charge.
We have allowed for toilet facilities as part of our isolated site compound.
We have allowed for temporary fencing and hoardings as required to the three stages of work
areas.
Our tender has been prepared on assumption that specified items by nominated suppliers can be
procured within the project time frame.
We have made no allowance for private certification or architectural drawings
We have allowed for all trade certification.
We have allowed for trade clean and rubbish removal
We have allowed for Site Supervision and WHSQE Compliance in our quotation
We have for a standard glazing band for compliance. We have not allowed FM01 Glazing Film or
any glazing film with Merici Logo specified as graphic quality, size and design will have to be
confirmed.
We have allowed for scaffolding within the auditorium.
We have allowed for safety signage and other compliance requirements on site.
We have allowed for a full time site manager, project manager and contract management.
We have not allowed for cutting or reinstatement of concrete slabs over 150mm
We have not allowed for any core holing over 150mm
We have allowed for a curtain to be provided by JANDS to conceal the lift structure when fully
extended into the auditorium.

No AV Design or specification has been provided - We have not allowed for any AV
Services, AV Equipment or associated works including;
Cabling from floor boxes to AV Control Room or any other power or data cabling associated
with AV Services, Supply and Installation of any AV Racks, Supply and Installation of
Motorised Projectors, Supply and Installation of TV’s etc.
