                   H.)    The employees will perform a complete blow-down of the plant at least once per
                          month and sign off that it has been performed on the Monthly Housekeeping
                          Schedule (UFC 056), or as designated by the HACCP Coordinator. Always use
                          the proper safety equipment when blowing-down, you must wear Goggles,
                          Hearing Protection, and Gloves.

                   I.)    Household cleaner can be used freely in the shop, offices, control room, and other
                          non-feed contact areas. When these household cleaners are used in or near feed
                          contact surfaces, they must be followed with a rinse-wipe using a damp cloth or
                          paper-towel.

                   J.)    Oil and grease build up will be scraped or washed off of equipment with warm
                          water. Household cleaner can be used on stains but the area should be rinsed with
                          a damp cloth when the task is completed.

                   K.)    A wash-down of the plant receiving/load-out area and other designated areas will
                          be done as needed and recorded on Form UFC 045. A pressure washer or Garden
                          Hose will be used without chemical soaps or cleaners. (See Pressure Washer
                          Cleaning procedure behind this SOP for safe use of pressure washer). Squeegee
                          away any water that pools and ensure all sump pumps affected are turned on.

                   L.)     Elevator legs and augers are cleaned following schedule in maintenance
                          schedule. No disassembly is required, and all lockout procedures must be
                          followed. Discard any scraped material into the garbage when task is completed.

                   M.)    Hand add buckets shouldn't be used for garbage. If they have to be used for
                          ingredient spills, they must be washed out before they can be reused for hand add.
                          Place any contaminated hand add buckets outside and wash them as soon as
                          possible with only hot water (no cleaning solutions).

                   N.)    Hand add buckets Tubs, Hand Scoops, and Trash Cans should be kept clean.
                          Always verify that there is no hand add remaining in the hand add Bucket or Tub
                          after it has been dumped. Bang the hand add bucket or Tub on the grating and/or
                          use a scraper to remove any stuck product. On high humidity days, check for
                          excessive staining and soiling of the hand add buckets, tubs, and scoops. Stained
                          hand add buckets, tubs, and scoops should be washed out and removed from
                          production until they are dry. Wash out all the hand add buckets, tubs, trash cans,
                          and scoops with only hot water, if household cleaners are used, they must be
                          rinsed with clear water and dried before use every calendar year during the
                          months of February, May, August, and November and log the cleanings on form
                          UFC 043.
