PermaPlate/ Vehicle Interior and Exterior Protective Products. ... Accidents can happen to both the
inside and outside your vehicle at any time. PermaPlate protects your interiors from scuffs,
fingerprints, stains, and spills, and your exterior from dents and glass cracks.
Kahu/ includes an installed device on the car that connects with the car's location and trip data
and then relays all that information to a user's smartphone app. The Kahu app then displays
valuable information in real-time, providing access to theft recovery services, driving alerts, and
more.
LEAD DROP/The leads compile overnight and into the morning. At 8 am and 9:30 they will drop in
bulk. You will hear the phrase “lead drop “meaning we are distributing all the leads evenly to all
agents logged in
TIMING OUT/ You have ten minutes to answer leads so you would complete a phone task to shut
off the timer, but you need to still go back in and call the guest.
FLIPPING TASK-ACTIVITY/That would be going into the lead and then changing who the
“assigned to” line
OPPORTUNITY/ Is another word for profile or lead
UPSIDE DOWN/ Meaning they owe more than what the vehicle is worth. For example: If your car
appraised for 10k and you 13POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE EQUITY/ Determining whether the
customer is going to owe more than what the car is worth or if the customer is going to make
money from trading in their car.
CPO/ Certified Pre-Owned
Push the Lead/ This means sending the lead from one place to another. Meaning if you have a
chat in CarNow and want to send it to Elead.
RECALL/This is what you would hear if the manufacturer has noticed a safety issue that needs to be
addressed by the dealerships free of charge to the consumer.
“You got one on 8” / You will hear this phrase change mildly. What it is saying is that you have a
lead on 8 min. You have a lead on 5 min, it is to help let you know that you need to get that before
it meets its time.
“You got an email sitting” / That means that you have an email in the dashboard that is waiting
for you to acknowledge.
UNICORN/ Meaning that a vehicle is going to be hard to find. It is one-of. It’s not something that
you will find commonly.
