Shipping


        If you would like the vehicle shipped, we need to set expectations as follows:

            a. How soon are you looking to make the purchase?

            b. I will get the Out the door numbers worked for you, once you agree to the numbers, we will need to
               do a deposit to hold the vehicle while we finalize the paperwork due to our vehicles being first come
               first serve our vehicles tend to sell quickly. A member of our Management will be reaching out to
               secure that deposit. Once you agree to the numbers, we will FEDEX you the paperwork
               overnight MUST BE SIGNED AT A SONIC DEALER OR in front of NOTARY. Once the paperwork is
               sent back and we have received it, the deal is done, and the car is yours.

        New Car:

            1. What is the address to where the vehicle will be registered to?
            2. Are you a member of USAA?
            3. Have you been a part of brand loyalty in the last 12 months?

            4. How will you be paying for the vehicle: Cash, Financing (how much money down), or Leasing (what
               terms and are you doing tax, title, tag, and the first month down)

            5. Finally, are you a college graduate?
        Used Car:


        1. What is the address to where the vehicle will be registered?

        2. How are you paying for the vehicle: Cash or Financing (how much down)?

        3. As an Agent, you send the credit app to the guest if financing and wait to receive that back from the
            guest. Once you have received the DUPE lead for the credit application, you will send an email to the
            store with all the answers to the questions above and new or used with the stock number, guest name,
            and number, and ask them to pull the credit app to start the process. You will send the email template
            back to the guest that is labeled “Finance App Received.”

        4. Once the store is involved and gets the ball rolling from here, they will send you the Out the door
            numbers back and you will send them to the guest for approval.  If the guest approves you will let the
            store know and then THEY will reach out moving forward to secure the deal.

        5. You will get the Delivery appt and sold. Delivery appts account for a show just like an in-store appt. As
            an Agent, you receive one show and one sold for this opportunity.

        6. If the guest is picking up the vehicle that is OK they will still go through the process of answering all the
            questions and approving the numbers and then Management will still secure deposit, then the guest will
            pick up and drive off. Again, you will receive one show and one sold. We will still ask all the above
            questions to help with the buying process to allow for the store to move quickly and smoothly through
            the process when the guest arrives. It is imperative that the store knows that the guest is flying/driving
            in.
