Preference Setup:
To set up your email signature:
• Go to Admin on the left-hand side
o Click on CRM SETUP
▪ CLICK ON PREFERENCES
• You will then in the body add in your name, the dealership, dealership address, and
telephone number to reach you back on.
• You will need to do this for EACH dealership
• Scroll to the bottom and click save
To set up your BDC Agent home screen:
• Go to Admin
o CRM Setup
▪ Click on Preferences
▪ You will then see Landing Page
▪ You need to click the drop-down arrow to BDC AGENT DASHBOARD
▪ To the right you will see Job Title, input Guest Experience Agent
▪ You will see a check box that says “Always include email signature” check that box.
▪
▪ Scroll to the very bottom of your screen and click SAVE
