4. Occupation Permit for Mitini Scapes 6. Pamoja Capital Group to Spearhead the
Development Raising of Additional Capital for New &
Existing Projects
Mitini Scapes Development was issued the
Occupation Permit by the County Government of Pamoja Capital Group was appointed to spearhead
Kiambu in August 2016. the company’s capital raising efforts. This follows
Home Afrika’s shareholders’ approval during this
year’s AGM, to double its authorized share capital

from KSh. 500million to KSh. 1 billion. The fund raising
exercise is expected to be completed in the first half
of 2017.

5. Joint Venture Partnerships

Home Afrika issued an Expression of Interest to enter
into a joint venture with third party property owners.
The company got positive responses and currently,
Home Afrika has a third party portfolio. Subsequent to

the joint venture partnerships, a third party property
division was created within the sales department to sell
the property in the third party portfolio thus creating an
additional revenue stream for the company.
