court of Jet Deck for her 1971 foal in Charter Jet, who won the 1974 Florida Breeders’ Championship. Charter Jet
sired only 88 foals with 43 starters, 22 ROM and one stakes placed runner in Satin Charter who was second in the Akron Downs Colorado Bred Futurity. Sparkling Tip then went from 1972 to 1974 with no foal produced, then she foaled Always Thinking by Aforethought in 1975. This mare went unplaced in two starts. Sparkling Tip skipped 1976 and added Merridoc in 1977.
Merridoc was sired by Tiny’s Gay, the 1974 AQHA World Champion. He was purchased as a yearling at
Nymph winning the 2016 California Breeders Debutante Stakes at Los Alamitos.
