GOLF CLUB NAME - VENUE AUDIT




                    MARKETING
                    Marketing has been conducted to a high standard to date with excellent online, print campaigns and design
                    work. In time, the “golf club” website should be removed, and the “hotel” website redeveloped to incorporate
                    golf better and promote bookings. Social media organic posting, for the golf club, is an area that must
                    be improved, and we will incorporate within My Golf Group in due course. The marketing budget is well
                    accounted for in 2020 and will be closely reviewed for a revision in 2021. It is critical that all spending
                    results in a measurable return and with this in mind there are some areas of conern which can be discuss
                    in greater detail.


                   OTHER AREAS OF NOTE
                   Other areas of note include our observations with regards to reporting, IT systems and additional facility
                    enhancements. In particular, we recommend that the driving range signage must be improved to enhance
                    the overall facility aesthetic upon arrival, and the use of the halfway hut should be considered.
