About the Audit

The contents of this document are strictly private and confidential. This venue audit has been prepared by My
Golf Group on behalf of XXXXXXXXXXXXX Golf Club.

All financial information contained in this document, that specifically relates to Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort
was provided to My Golf Group by the management of the facility and the PREM Group. All statistics provided
