The Tenun dance or Tari Tenun symbolizes tenacity in work and har-

and strong mutual cooperation in their daily lives.
The harmonization of this dance does not stand alone, it is accompanied
by a series of graceful movements of the dancers and a quite unique fash-
ion harmony from head to toe. Not only that, the Kong Kebyar gamelan
accompaniment consisting of gender (Balinese metallophone) , cengs
(cymbals), kendang (traditional double-sided membrane drums), riong
kempur (long row metal gongs), kempluk (one small gong) and suling
(Bamboo flute) makes this dance able to present admiration of tourists
and enrich the noble culture, Bali Island in particular and Indonesia in
general.
