service resources such as short and long term counseling and victim assistance. Addi-
tionally, she can assist families with flyer creation and distribution on social media and
can serve as a media liaison if needed.
As a member of the Houston Metro Internet Crimes against Children Task Force,
(ICAC), Ms. Rangel also provides Internet Safety Presentations to both parents and
kids in English and Spanish. In 2017, more than 3,200 Cyber tips were reported, 834
investigation cases were reported to the ICAC and law enforcement were able to
make 397 arrests.

Bill Reynolds, CrisisGo
Mr. Reynolds is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales for CrisisGo.

Detective Everett Harrell, Huntsville Police Department
Detective Harrell started his law enforcement career in 1993 at the
Walker County Sheriffs Department. He spent nine years with the
sheriff’s department where he was a jailer, patrol deputy, detective,
and a patrol sergeant. Detective Harrell also worked undercover
narcotics and did gang intelligence. In 2002 he began working for the
Huntsville Police Department. While at the police department he has
been a patrol officer, bicycle officer, school resource officer and a
detective. He became the gang officer for the department in 2008
while working at Huntsville High School.
