thinking coach. Previously, she has been acting as the
Knowledge Networks Manager at RISE Egypt, where she has
been responsible for managing, designing and creating venues
for RISE Egypt’s global network, in order to engage and
expand. Prior to that, she worked as an innovation & business
consultant at Innovety LLC, a consulting firm that specializes
in innovation management, focusing on strategy, people and
technology. She was actively engaging with international
donors, corporates, government and entrepreneurs on using
innovation to grow, through front end facilitation and
backend consulting.
Before shifting to consultancy, she has been leading Egypt’s
online hub for innovation and entrepreneurship;
Egyptinnovate.com; a national project that seeks to inspire,
educate and connect innovators and entrepreneurs. Yomna

managed and oversaw platform operations, content strategy,
digital efforts and team performance. She was responsible as
Dr. Yomna Saleh well for driving the interest of local and global partner and
contributors to
the platform. Before joining Innovety, Yomna has been
working in the scientific research field both in public and
private institutions.
Yomna Saleh has earned her MSc in Nanotechnology from the
American University in Cairo, holds a BSc in Pharmaceutical
Sciences from Cairo University, and currently working on her
second masters degree in Public Policy at the AUC. Her
previous research work has been granted an international
patent and published in Scientific Reports journal, one of
Nature's journals group. Yomna is currently a certified Design
Thinking Coach from Zero360, Berlin, Germany, a certified
mentor from Mentoring Standard, San Francisco, USA, a
Techwomen Fellow, and a Youssef Jameel fellow.
