ABSTRACT
Acetylide dendrimer bis((4Ru(II)-acetylide dendrimer 1,3,5-benzyl(4-
phenylethynyl))-[Ru(dppe)2]ethynyl-3,5-phenyl2)3, with nine
dialkynylruthenium centers, have been prepared by convergent
method. Organometallic dendrimers have optimized nonlinear optical
(NLO) properties, which are required for various applications, including
processing of optical signals, optical data storage, nanophotonics, and
biophotonics.The effect of dendritic substituents and hyperpolarizability
on a nonlinear optical properties has been investigated.
