be paid from the cash flow from the business, and will be secured by the assets of the company,
and bac ked by the charac ter, experience and personal guarantees of the owners.

During the start-up phase of this project, the following major events will occur, some of
them simultaneously:

Secure a $3 million loan

Rent the building site
Order Computers, Printers, Internet, Phones, etc
