The overall market for Training & Consultation is immense in Saudi Arabia. This business plan

accounts for roughly 87 percent of budget revenues, 42 percent of GDP, and 90 percent of
export earnings.

Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program (NTP) suggest a
paradigm shift from a public sector-driven economy to one driven by the private sector as

The Saudi government allocated approximately 25 percent of the 2018 budget, or USD
67.9 billion, to education and human resource development in an effort to address
unemployment among Saudi nationals. Focus areas include youth and female
employment, SME development, regional variation, productivity and technical skills for a
new economy based on knowledge industries and manufacturing. Specific projects include:
