Project Personnel:

Project Coordinator (Resident Liaison) $ 40.00 per hour
Tradesperson $ 45.00 per hour
Superintendent $ 65.00 per hour
Project Manager $ 89.00 per hour
Senior/Consulting Project Manager $107.00 per hour

Administrative Personnel:

Secretarial/Clerical $ 39.00 per hour
Cost Accounting and Control $ 55.00 per hour
Executive Assistant $ 55.00 per hour
Director of Project Development $ 107.00 per hour

Overtime Multiplier (for approved overtime work) 1.5
Subcontracted Trade and Design Professional Services Cost plus 15%*
Reimbursable Project Expenses Cost plus 15%*
Materials and Equipment Cost plus 15%*

Note: All work subject to local and state sales tax prescribed by law.

*Insurance is excluded from this amount and will be added as an additional markup
where applicable, insurance is included in all other rates.
