Dear Association Members,

JWC’s portion of the April Sound Street Repaving Project is now Complete. It has been a genuine pleasure to
serve as your “At-Risk” Construction Manager. Please allow us to extend congratulations and appreciation to
those many H.O.A. representatives who worked so diligently with us to make this project a success.

In the spirit of continuing our service to your Association, we are providing you with this digital April Sound
Project Completion Manual. This manual contains numerous items, e. g., warranties, maintenance instructions,
as-builts, and technical project data. The provided information will prove extremely useful toward answering
questions that may arise in the future. Thorough review and implementation by the H.O.A. of the
recommendations in this package will be the key to achieving maximum long-term benefits of the reconstruction
that Jon Wayne Construction & Consulting (JWC) has recently overseen.

JWC is committed to providing comprehensive service to all our clients. We are available by phone and/or in
person to answer your questions and satisfy your construction needs twenty-four hours a day.

By having JWC do all of your future maintenance and/or repairs, you will be in compliance with the
reconstruction maintenance manuals and warranty requirements. JWC has the most experience and recorded
knowledge of all the reconstruction work performed. Having other vendors service your future street
maintenance and repairs, could void warranties and/or mistakenly introduce other materials that are not
conducive of the work installed by JWC during the reconstruction.

All the staff at JWC would like to thank you for the cooperation and support you have extended during the
reconstruction process. We appreciate your business.
