DRIVEWAYS

Cement to Asphalt Transition

1. Saw cut driveways totaling 170 linear feet at the following locations: 4123-4131 E Calavar
Rd, 4134 Boca Raton, 4206-4210 W Calavar.

RETENTION BASINS

Inlet Concrete Channels

1. Remove and export river rock and sediment from the street where valley gutter terminates
south towards inlet pipe to basin at Calavar St, NW Return Basin, and Boca Raton Return
Basin.
2. Provide and install 160 total linear feet of concrete channel for water drainage into inlet
pipe/existing retention basin at above three locations.
3. Remove existing gravel and replace river rock as needed.
4. Cut the basin bottoms and export soils.

N.W.Channel

1. Widen Channel Inlet and raise existing sewer ring flush with new concrete channel.

SOILS

Subgrade Stabilization

1. Cement stabilize existing subgrade (below asphalt) totaling 15,820 sq ft:
a. Phase One totaling 4,000 sq ft.
b. Phase Two totaling 8,154 sq ft.
c. Phase Three totaling 3,666 sq ft.
