VAN DRUNEN FARMS CROWN POINT
The Van Drunen Farms Crown Point project, built for Van Drunen Farms, included
the addition of a two-story, 70,000 square foot food processing plant to the Van
Drunen Farms industrial production facility located in Crown Point, IN. The facility
functions as office space for staff and cold storage for organic and conventional
food ingredients. The food processing plant was constructed utilizing a concrete
spread footing foundation, structural steel frame, and a precast concrete
exterior. A membrane roof completed the construction. The project also featured
modifications and additions to the existing industrial facility. The Van Drunen
Crown Point Renovation project has enabled Van Drunen Farms to continue to
provide high-quality, seasonal ingredients for the manufacturing of breakfast
cereals, oat meal, baking applications, and standalone snacks.
