PDM STEEL SERVICE CENTER

The PDM Steel Service Center project, built for PDM Steel Service Centers, Inc.,
included the new construction of a 95,000 square foot warehouse located in
Las Vegas, NV. The facility functions as a distribution and shipping center for the
nationwide American steel fabrication company. The warehouse was constructed
on a concrete foundation with a tilt-up wall structural frame. The project also
features sales offices, a client service area, exterior landscaping, and paved parking
areas. Due to CORE’s effective project coordination and scheduling with the client,
the PDM Steel Service Center was completed in 13 months.
