collaboratively through every step of the pre-construction process from plans and risk analysis
to a seamless transition into the field. He facilitates the estimation processes and lends the
necessary experience and knowledge to manage the cost, schedule, and quality processes. Jake
will work closely to ensure that the finished plans match expectations. Jake embodies our CORE

As Superintendent, Jose Acosta will bring nine years of industry experience to your project
and be responsible for all daily site supervision, coordination, and scheduling of all building
partners throughout construction and close-out. He excels in problem solving and is proactive
in the management of job site activities. Jose is commended within our company for his hands-
on skills and leadership in the field, serving as the liaison to our building partners and ensuring
the project is completed to the highest quality standards and in a safe, efficient manner.
