The expansion factor must be taken into consideration prior to machining for, and
installing bushing. This factor (BE) must then be added to the nominal A dimension. ITEM NUMBER
Formula for determining this expansion is as follows: BE = “A” dimension x 0.00000633 REFERENCE
x nozzle set point - 68ºF (assuming the mold is at 68ºF during operation). If mold A
