addresses, letterheads or stationary must not be used for any personal Correspondence or in any fraudulent or misleading manner. Abuse of these rules will be considered to be a disciplinary offence and in serious cases, treated as theft or fraud.
3.14 The Use of Company Suppliers
It is not permitted for any Thomas Franks colleague to use a company supplier to purchase goods, unless specific authorisation is received from a director. Personal goods purchases should not be delivered to a client premises and under no circumstances can a Thomas Franks account be used for purchasing any goods other than those necessary for the delivery of clients services. Any such ingredients will be investigated and may result in disciplinary action. Where any deceit, fraud or theft is discovered the matter may be treated as gross misconduct.
3.15 Child Safety
1. Any individual employed in a school environment agrees to adhere to the Thomas Franks Child Safety policy and procedure displayed in each location. All employees in a school location have a contractual duty to adhere to the following;
• To inform the company within 2 weeks in the event of any Police caution, arrest or bindover in relation to themselves,
• Agree that Thomas Franks can undertake a recheck of a DBS document at any point during the contract, if there is believed to be a genuine business reason to do so,
• Agree to undertake Child Safety and refresher training on an annual basis,
• To fully comply with the Thomas Franks Child Safety policy & procedure in
the event of any concerns around child safety,
• In the event of any child safety issue, employees are expected to treat the
matter as highly confidential and not discuss this with any individual, other than their location manager or HR manager.
