I don’t want a satellite on my house: OK, I completely understand you don’t want a satellite on your home, since you are here in Costco we actually can do custom installs, we can mount under the eve, give you a pole mount, even hide it behind your rose bush/ The installer will actually come to your home with a device and tell you exactly where the best part of your home the satellite should go, they won’t even install you unless they have 99.9% reliability and don’t worry you get your dollar back either way (flat and tile roofing will have a custom fee)
5. I have to check with my current provider: I completely understand you need to check with your current provider, would you say you’re looking for better price or better equipment? Best part is we work with ___ so you’re able to keep ___ for internet since you’re happy with their internet and we want to keep you happy

To be honest they are similar yet different, once we install it is a 24 month agreement, if you choose to cancel within the 24 months it is only $20 to cancel for each month you still have with us. Let’s say after 4 months of installation, you go on vacation or slow down at work, you can freeze your account for an entire year with no penalties or fees. When you are ready, just give us a call and we will touch a button and you will get all of your channels back on your screen. And as you can see, our packages just came out which means after a year you can move to a different packet that has the channels you like at a price you are comfortable with.
8. I don’t want to break my bundle: Best part about being in Costco is we are actually trained to know what your internet/phone price would be after you break up your bundle.
9. If I break my bundle my price for my internet will go up: Right now how do you pay you spectrum bill? Who do you bank with? At the end of the month your bill will be on the same bank statement so you don’t have to worry about separate bills.

Why does 2nd year go up?: I completely understand you’re worried about your price going up in the second year, best thing about being in Costco today is that your 2nd year price is always 100% modifiable so you never have to pay this price(cross out 2nd year) you are requalified yearly for a package you like at a price you’re comfortable paying
