16.Do I need a satellite? - “Absolutely, that’s what gives you the straight signal from your house. Now let me ask you, have you ever experienced pixilation freezing and getting fuzzy? That’s because all your neighbors’ are feeding off one dish. So we give you the source at your house so you won’t have to share with anyone.”
17.I don’t want to give my social- “I completely understand how you feel, its standard procedure with DirecTV for your own security so nobody has access to your account but you. However, the credit check is necessary in order for the equipment to be free.”

19.I want to check my bill- “Oh, no worries, I understand. Here is the number, why don’t you give them a call and find out exactly what you’re paying.”
20.Do I need a box on every single TV?- “Yes, because DirecTV wants their customers to be 100% digital, so you get all the channels that you are paying for.” (or give them the option of mirroring)
