On Demand
On Demand is a feature that is offered with our Genie. Cx must have a wireless internet connection to receive this service. Aside from the monthly cost of ARS there is no monthly charge for On Demand. This service contains over 40,000 movies and shows available for the Cx to choose from. 85% of the content is free while the 15% that must be purchased are either new releases or content still in theaters. Most customers compare this service to Netflix but enjoy the fact that there is no monthly service fee for it. This is an ideal alternative to premium channels for those that order premium channels for the movies instead of shows. When a Cx has on Demand they also have access to it from mobile devices at no additional cost..
Final Exam
You are required as a trainee to be able to do 2 complete side-by-side comparisons presentations to pass your Final Exam. You are not allowed to misquote pricing, equipment capabilities, use doubt words, or provide inaccurate information during any part of the sales process to pass the Final Exam.
What to Expect
Upon completion of office training and a completed and passed background check, trainees will then begin in store training accompanied by a supervisor. Trainees have up to the first 6 days of in store training to acquire 4 new Cx acquisitions without any compliance issues including showing up late, not being prepared, or displaying unprofessional conduct at the office or warehouse. During this time trainees will be paid hourly and ARE allowed to start stacking installs. Once training is SUCCESSFULLY completed a pay raise is approved by the manager and the trainee is then promoted to the ENTRY LEVEL position. As an entry level representative you are eligible for install bonuses. Entry Level Reps along with all other employees are required to attend atmosphere meetings!
