In the final step, Batang Burok is arranged in a container

          and then poured with coconut sauce before being steamed.


          Before  serving,  Batang  Burok  is  usually  sprinkled  with


          chopped  scallions  and  celery,  fried  onions,  sliced  red  chili,

          and  thinly  sliced  cayenne  pepper  for  added  flavor  and  a


          touch of spiciness.
