Police Presence
3 Section/Location: 106 Staff Name: Sgt. Kirk Kelsey DPD Time: 2:05PM
Question
As I walked past, St. Kelsey smiled at me, and we started up a conversation. He was super friendly. He was with 2 other officers. One of the officers commented
on my glasses. We talked about the game for a few minutes. It was a very pleasant experience. They made me feel like they actually enjoyed their jobs and
being in the atmosphere of the game.

When we were trying to determine if we were in line for the right garage entrance, we were asked if we had tickets to sell. My understanding is this is just code
for they have tickets to sell. It was odd; I've been approached many times before, but this guy approached the car while we were in line.
2 Section/Location: Montcalm and Brush Time: 5:00PM
We were a little later leaving the stadium after the Kids TD Run so on our way back to the parking garage we didn't notice police at all. However, it was raining
and we were just focused on getting to the car.

3 Section/Location: Gate G Time: 1:40PM
While walking around in the area of Gate G, Ms. Shopper noticed several officers in the area. It was pleasant to see them present and engaging with the fans
saying "hi" or giving a nod.
RECOMMENDATIONS
I would feel safer if I saw the police walking throughout the stadium inside the seating area instead of stationed only in busy areas.
