1 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Kiosk 230 Staff Name: Melvin Time: 2:37PM
Ms. Shopper was greeted by Melvin who was very cordial. He chatted with me about the game so far, but was not pushy at all. I found a Barry Sanders Bobblehead
that was marked down to $14.99. I had a $5.00 certificate from winning at the DTE Power hour Karaoke game and used that, so my total was $10.31. I felt it was a
great value.
2 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Kiosk 230
Since I found the Bobblehead reasonably priced, I looked for other items. If I could find something like that again, I would purchase it in a heartbeat!!

Shopper 4
1 Section/Location: Retail Kiosk near Bud Light Party Zone Time: 12:18PM
There was no one manning this kiosk that we could tell. There were several people looking around, but we were not able to identify a designated Ford Field
associate.
2 Section/Location: Retail Kiosk 128
Again, there was no identifiable associate to ask a question. We were looking for an autograph football and pen like we saw at the other kiosk, but couldn't see
anyone at this location.

1 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Kiosk 232 Time: 12:11PM
Ms. Shopper was looking at the variety of shirts for sale. She noticed several different designs which she liked, but a few of the shirts seemed to have the old logo
with the Lion outlined in black. One was the tank woman's tank top.
2 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Kiosk 233 Staff Name: Dantonio Time: 12:33PM
Ms. Shopper witnessed Dantonio assisting several fans in the retail area. Ms. Shopper inquired about the foam fingers and asked how much they were. He stated
the price, then I asked if there were any discounts. He said, "no", then proceeded to say, "not even for the veterans today". Ms. Shopper thought perhaps there
could be a special for the Veterans on the Veteran's game day.
3 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 2:22PM
Ms. Shopper entered The Stadium Collection, there was no line. She walked slowly through the store looking at the shirts, the clear bags, the sale rack, the children's
shirts and no one asked if she needed assistance. She noticed a few staff members sorting items and a manager walking through the store. Many fans were looking
at the hats and baby items. These seemed to be very popular.
