Security / SAFE Inspection
Shopper 1
Question
1 Section/Location: Bag Truck Time: 11:24AM
As Ms. Shopper was near the bag truck, a security staff member told me that I would not be able to bring my umbrella into the stadium. I told her that I had
previously checked the website and it said that compact umbrellas were allowed. She then said I could try.
2 Section/Location: Gate A Staff Name: Denisha Time: 11:28AM
There was no wait to go through the metal detectors and Denisha was very friendly. I was able to bring in my compact umbrella without incident. It was very easy
and quick to get through security.
3 Section/Location: 233 Staff Name: Charayne Time: 4:09PM
Charayne was observing fans leaving the game and told us to have a good day.
4 Section/Location: Bag Truck Time: 4:32PM
There was a very long line for the bag truck at this time. There were about 50 people or more.
Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: Lot 4 Gate D Staff Name: Drew Time: 12:00PM
Vehicle inspection went fine. We were told we had to pop our trunk to check for bombs. Ms. Shopper felt the search was very detailed. Perhaps this is what was
taking so long to get into the lot. We waited nearly an hour.
2 Section/Location: Gate D Staff Name: Alvin Time: 12:25PM
Walking up to Gate D, Alvin noticed I had a slightly larger than allowed bag, he looked inside and escorted us inside to be waved down by the wand. It was about
double the size allowed (it was a crossover bag but very flat), they let Ms. Shopper through.
3 Section/Location: 110 Staff Name: Mark Time: 1:30PM
We were standing on the inside of the handicap section and Mark told us we couldn’t stand there anymore even though there wasn't anyone in the immediate area.
4 Section/Location: Concourse Staff Name: Dangelo Time: 4:16PM
Walking out Dangelo from SAFE told everyone to have a safe night and enjoy the rest of our day.
5 Section/Location: Leaving towards Gate D Time: 4:30PM
Leaving the stadium at the end of the game was very crowded, fans shouler to shoulder. It seemed that not enough doors were open to exit.
