Security / SAFE Inspection

4 Section/Location: Zip Line Staff Name: Tanisha Time: 10:46AM
Question
The SAFE member Tanisha was standing a bit further down where you get the harness for the zip line. She had the waiver on a clipboard to be signed before
participating. As it was rainy and a bit chilly outside, there was no one in line. Participants were able to walk right up, sign the waiver, get their harness on, climb up
the stairs and go.
5 Section/Location: In front of Elwood Bar - Gate A Staff Name: Antonio Time: 10:59AM
Hundreds of fans were lining up to get into the stadium. When looking at the stadium at Gate A, there were a couple hundred people forming a line on Adams, then
there were another couple hundred people lining up on Brush towards Madison. Ms. Shopper asked Antonio if there were other entrances and he stated if we went
through Pride Plaza along Brush there were additional Gates. He was approachable and displayed a willingness to assist fans.

7 Section/Location: Comerica Gridiron Club Staff Name: Starsha Time: 12:15PM
Ms. Shopper was looking for a way to enter into the Comerica Gridiron Club to look for her husband. Starsha stated I would need a specific ticket to enter the area
and stopped me as I tried to walk in.
8 Section/Location: 336 Staff Name: Lois Time: 2:40PM
Ms. Shopper came back to her seat after half time. She saw Lois standing watching fans. Ms. Shopper asked if she could help find her seats. Lois has to get her
bearings then walked Ms. Shopper to her seats.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) When there is inclement weather remind all SAFE and security members about particular items such as umbrella's.
2) If it is important for the staff member to have their name tag visible, please have a tag that doesn't flip and that has a larger font. Many times I
spoke with people and had no idea as to what their name was. The name tag was either flipped around, or under a coat.
