We had to pick up our tickets at Will Call outside Gate A. There was no wait. Helen was very helpful. She asked for identification and had me sign for the tickets. She
asked if there was anything else she could help me with and told me to enjoy the game. The process was very efficient.

Ms. Shopper asked Nate about season tickets for next year. He was able to tell Ms. Shopper when they go on sale and gave Ms. Shopper the contact information to
be able to ask further questions.

Madison was very friendly when getting our seats printed. We were directed to the table when the scanner was not working when Ms. Shopper showed the Flash
Seat App on her phone. There was no line so the process was fine.

Ms. Shopper was amazed how few seats were available for the Lions vs Bears on December 19th. Section 334 is available for $123 each. The Lions App makes it
easy to see where the seats are available.
