We inquired about a seating change. Our tickets were originally in section 321. I told them that I had back issues and could not take the stairs. He had me fill out a
form, and quickly adjusted and switched my tickets without questioning me. We were given tickets in Section 235 in the handicap section. They brought out
folding chairs for us to sit on, and we did not have to take any steps at all. Ms. Shopper was pleased for the accommodation.
2 Section/Location: Flash Seat App Time: 11:03AM
This game I did NOT have an issue with reception or Wi Fi in pulling up my tickets on the Flash Seats App. Last season, I had to walk over to the Flash Seat
Resolution table for assistance.

We used the Flash Seats App. Signing up for the app was fast and easy. Receiving the tickets on the app was convenient that we didn’t have to remember to take
paper tickets with us to the game.

The scanning of the barcode worked without any issue. It was nice to actually get a printed "ticket" or seat locator. My son was disappointed at first when he
thought we only had electronic tickets because he wanted to keep his first ticket. He was excited when we received a paper "ticket" when we went through the line
at the gate.
