1 Section/Location: Gate A - Ticket Counter 5 Staff Name: Eric Time: 2:18PM
There were no one at the ticket window when Ms. Shopper approached. Eric quickly greeted Ms. Shopper and asked how he could help. Ms. Shopper inquired
about tickets for Thanksgiving Day. Eric stated there was standing room only available for $75 or Club level for $219 each. For a family of five Ms. Shopper declined
to make the purchase.
2 Section/Location: Flash Seat Resolution Desk-Gate G Time: 12:00PM
Ms. Shopper approached the Flash Seat Resolution Desk to ask if I had sent some tickets to a person and they might not be able to make it to the game, if I could
send them to someone else. She stated she could help me. She said if the person sent the tickets back to you, then you could resend as one option.

3 Section/Location: Flash Seat App
As there are long lines that form at Gate A in front of the stadium, perhaps on the Flash Seat App it could state the best Gate to enter when you get to the stadium.

4 Section/Location: Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts
Ms. Shopper noticed several girl scouts and boy scouts at the game. When she ran into some friends, they shared with her that they were offered tickets and they
felt it was a great opportunity to bring their children. With the added perks they felt it was a great experience for the kids.

5 Section/Location: 336 - Season ticket holders
The fans in row 6 in section 336 are first time season ticket holders. It seemed to be 4-6 guys, late 20's early 30's. They were having a great time. They were
definitely going to purchase tickets for next season, but they were considering moving to the next section over. They continuously have to tell people to keep
moving because when fans come up the steps to enter section 335, they stop at the top of the steps. In the time that I was in my seat, they probably told 20-25
people to keep moving. The usher was helping in this matter and they did say, the Usher has been helpful the last couple of games.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1) On the Flash Seat App ticket, have a line that states the best gate to enter the stadium at.
2) Offering packages to the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts is great. Perhaps Youth football organizations could be offered a package, if this is not offered
already.
