When we arrived at our section, Ms. Shopper had to approach Angel and ask her where our seats were located. She didn't go out of her way to ask if we needed
help finding our seats and she was not very approachable.

Ms. Shopper did not receive a roster card when she entered the section.

Mr. Shopper was offered a hot chocolate by George, but my husband said, "no thank you." He felt this was a strange offer by an employee.
2 Section/Location: Concourse Staff Name: Michael Time: 1:12PM
As we were walking, Michael asked if we were lost and if we needed anything. Ms. Shopper appreciated the encounter and thought it was proactive.
3 Section/Location: Concourse Time: 2:41PM
Ms. Shopper noticed an usher help a man tuck his money back into his pocket while his arms were full and his money was about to fall out. Ms. Shopper was
pleased to see the Usher being helpful and proactive for the fan.
4 Section/Location: Concourse Time: 3:02PM
As Ms. Shopper was walking around the Concourse, Ms. Shopper made contact with a female usher. She stated she wished she was drinking a beer. To Ms. Shopper
she felt the Usher was engaged with the fans and liked the small conversation.
5 Section/Location: Near 112 Time: 3:15PM
Handicap section, one usher had no problem we were standing in front of the fence. Other usher told us we couldn’t stand there and we had to leave.
Unfortunately, we could not see any names.
