Question
1 Section/Location: Bud Light Party Zone Staff Name: Alfred Time: 11:40AM
When we were leaving the Bud Light Party Zone, we asked Alfred how to get to The Blitz and he gave us perfect directions. He was detailed in telling us which way
to turn and that we had to cross the bridge.
2 Section/Location: 113 Staff Name: Carl or Carlos Time: 12:55PM
Carl, the usher at our section 113 was very helpful in telling us which side our seats were on. He was also able to tell us that they would be approximately the 5th
and 6th seat in from the aisle when we found our row. He was 100% correct. Ms. Shopper appreciated the helpfulness.
Supervisor
1 Section/Location: 112 Staff Name: Nancy Time: 11:53PM
Ms. Shopper approached Nancy who was standing near Section 112. Ms. Shopper asked where section 336 was located and the best way to get there. Nancy
pointed directly across the stadium to show her where the section was located. She was right it was in the opposide corner of where they were standing. Ms.
Shopper noticed she had Roster cards in hand which many Ushers did not seem to have them in hand when she was walking by.
2 Section/Location: 335 Staff Name: Clarence Time: 12:25PM
Ms. Shopper entered the area to get to her seats. Clarence was there to assist. He was friendly and showed Ms. Shopper exactly where to go to get to her seats. He
did not have any Roster cards in hand, so Ms. Shopper did not receive one.
3 Section/Location: 335 Staff Name: Clarence Time: 2:00PM
Clarence the User was very helpful in telling the fans they could not stop when the reached the top of the stairs in section 335. Our seats and the fans in the row
above in section 336 (row 5 & 6) could not see if fans stopped at the top of the stairs.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) When we reentered our section from the other side (section 233), there was no usher present at that entrance. Ms. Shopper felt at the beginning
to the game there should be ushers present at every entrance to help fans locate their seats.
2) I would suggest to the Ushers they should be proactive in helping guests find their seats. It is creating the guest experience.
3) Ms. Shopper encountered a few ushers who admitted they just stated working at Ford Field. I️ felt they needed to know where things are located
better. I appreciated they admitted they were new, so I could understand.
