         Paul was the usher in section 100, directly behind the DTE Power hour area.  He was super friendly.  He was taking photos for fans with the Stadium in the
         background.  He was passing out game day directories/programs, and he was also encouraging people to participate in the DTE Power Hour Karaoke contest.  He
         was making the fan experience enjoyable for many.
         2                Section/Location: 104                                         Staff  Name: Harold                      Time: 11:14AM
         Ms. Shopper was impressed with Harold.  Many people were walking around the stadium and Harold was helping with many guests at one time.  He handled
         everything in a smooth fashion.  He was extremely friendly and efficient.

         3                Section/Location: DTE Power Hour Karaoke                      Staff  Name: Jerome                      Time: 11:30AM
         Jerome was standing around and encouraging people to participate in the Karaoke.  I had never before done it, but because of his encouragement, I did!!

         4                Section/Location: 235                                         Staff  Name: Clarence                    Time: 1:05PM
         We were seated in the handicapped section of Section 235.  When we got there, there were not enough chairs.  A person who was sitting in the section was a bit
         belligerent about moving over.  Clarence was patient and friendly in order to accommodate everyone.  He got us the chairs and was extremely efficient!

         Ms. Shopper saw a lot of people walking around outside, Auja-nay directed me to the smoking area.
         6                Section/Location: Gate E                                      Staff  Name: Michelle & Dewitt           Time: 2:47PM
         As I was speaking to Auja-nay, Michelle and Dewitt were there.   Ms. Shopper asked them what the name of the street was just outside the door, neither one knew
         the answer.  I told them I was going to have someone meet me there.  Dewitt was quick to tell me that they could not get into the Stadium from the street at that
         entrance.  He pointed me to where a better spot to meet was.
