Question
1) The name tags on the retail workers especially are very difficult to see. They are usually turned around or hidden underneath the counter.
2) Perhaps there could be a discount or coupon for the Veteran's to use in the retail outlets for the Veteran's Game Day.
3) I would suggest the staff members in The Stadium Collection be more proactive in there sales approach. Ask fans if they need assistance.
