The line for the store was extremely long at this time. The line seemed to have more than 50 people. Ms. Shopper witnessed fans patiently waiting and some
getting out of line frustrated.

Ms. Shopper bought a hair tie for $8. Cherish was very helpful and gave me a bag to carry around my things. The service was very efficient, Ms. Shopper did not
have to wait in line.

The retail worker offered us a collector's item for purchase, but we were unable to get her name. She was very pleasant interacting with the fans in the area.

4 Section/Location: 100 Time: 4:24PM
The kiosk near Gate A was very busy at this time. It seemed many people waited till the end of the game to browse and purchase their items.

The line for the store at this time was very, very long. There seemed to be well over 50 people in line, but they were waiting patiently.
Shopper 2
1 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 2:30PM
Noticed some things were super expensive. One short sleeve shirt was almost $300.00!! We asked why it cost so much and random patrons said because it was Nike.

2 Section/Location: The Stadium Collection Time: 2:30PM
The store was not too busy. Fans were looking at all the items. We saw several people tooking at the hats and jersey's. We felt the store was very attractive.
