1 Section/Location: Traffic Southbound I-75 from Royal Oak Time: 9:50AM
Traffic was light on Southbound I-75 from 8 Mile. Traffic at the Mack Exit was backed up a bit. Getting to the DMC Garage on Mack was very easy, there was no
backup. We had a parking pass for the Tigers/Lions Garage but due to the Tigers game, we were directed to park at the DMC Garage.
2 Section/Location: DMC Garage Staff Name Time: 10:20AM
At the DMC Garage, the attendant was friendly and helpful. She took our Tiger Garage ticket and asked that we place it on our dash. As Ms. Shopper asked about
the shuttle she stated kindly it is picking up passengers every 5-10 minutes. The shuttle was very efficient.
3 Section/Location: DMC Garage Shuttle Time: 4:40PM
After the game we walked to where we thought the shuttle may be. First we saw one, but it was labeled for private use. We noticed the same van driver so we
very quickly were able to jump on the shuttle for our return trip. The woman driver was very friendly and professional.
4 Section/Location: I-75 vs Woodward North Time: 4:45PM
Ms. Shopper opted to take Woodward North instead of I-75. The traffic was light and within 15 minutes they were at I-75 and 8 mile.
5 Section/Location: Q-line Time: 4:45PM
Ms. Shopper saw the Q-line while traveling Woodward but there seemed to be very few Lion fans waiting or on the Q-line after the game at this particular time.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1) The signage for parking and the shuttle to Ford Field was visible and helpful, I would recommend also putting signage at the ground floor entrances
and elevator banks for the shuttle pick up location at One Campus Marcus.
2) It would be helpful if, on the parking map that is provided, it notated where the entrance/exit of the parking garage was for easy reference.

3) As it was nearly 90 degree's, I would advise air conditioning in the shuttle buses. Our shuttle from DMC seemed to have no air.
